“You don’t have to go through this alone “
Support for adults
You might be here because of anxiety, stress, emotional struggles, or simply because life feels overwhelming.
Sometimes the causes seem to be obvious; due to relationships, work, loss or an enigmatic situation.
Other times, it is more a feeling of being lost, without knowing exactly the reason or where to begin.
Support for children
You may be concerned about changes in your child’s behaviour, emotions, or relationships.
You might be asking yourself questions, feeling unsure how to help, wondering what your child or teenager is trying to express, or simply wanting to understand what is part of normal development and what is not.
If you decide to get in touch, the first step is a brief exchange where we will take time to understand what brings you here and what you are hoping for.
This initial conversation allows us to see whether working together would be the right fit, and whether this is the right moment for you to start therapy.
For some, this initial conversation clarifies something important.
For others, it creates a process that takes shape over time.
Sessions can take place in person or online, depending on your needs.
Reaching out does not require clarity from your part.

My Approach
Clinical training
I completed my academic training in clinical psychology at Aix-Marseille University with a double specialisation in child and adult clinical psychology, followed by clinical work in trauma-focused facilities in France.
This training emphasised close clinical supervision, sustained work with patients, and careful attention to complex emotional and relational difficulties.
EMDR and evidence-based practice
EMDR is a scientifically validated therapeutic method, recommended internationally for trauma and related difficulties. It can also support work with grief, phobias, obsessive–compulsive difficulties, and performance-related blocks, when past experiences continue to shape present responses.
My EMDR practice follows established clinical standards and training criteria, in line with EMDR Europe and EMDR France recommendations.
Psychoanalytic orientation
Alongside EMDR, psychoanalytic work brings depth to the therapeutic process. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, it explores how difficulties develop over time, often shaped by attachment patterns and experiences that tend to repeat.
This allows for more lasting change, by attending to what is not always immediately visible in everyday experience.
